The Pecorino Colline Pescaresi IGT by La Valentina is a white wine that enhances the Pecorino grape variety, native to central Italy, in particular the Abruzzo and Marche regions, with elegance and character. La Valentina, located in the heart of Abruzzo, near Pescara, is a winery that is committed to producing wines that reflect the authenticity and richness of the territory, with a strong commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment.

Pecorino is known for its ability to produce aromatic, fresh and mineral wines, with good structure and aging capacity. Valentina grows Pecorino grapes in the Pescaresi Hills, an area that benefits from an ideal climate and soils that help give the wine depth and complexity. Winemaking is aimed at preserving the varietal characteristics of the vine, enhancing its natural aromatic qualities and freshness.

By the glass, Pecorino Colline Pescaresi IGT has a brilliant straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that underline its freshness. On the nose, the wine unfolds a rich and inviting bouquet, with dominant notes of white pulp fruits, such as peach and pear, enriched by floral nuances and a light minerality, which reflect the uniqueness of the terroir of the Pescaresi Hills.

In the mouth, the wine reveals a lively acidity and a balanced structure, with fresh fruit flavors that blend with mineral and vegetal hints, typical characteristics of the Pecorino grape. The freshness and aroma lead to a long and persistent finish, which leaves a pleasant sensation of cleanliness and a renewed invitation to tasting.

Ideal as an aperitif, Pecorino Colline Pescaresi IGT by La Valentina is also an excellent companion for light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, fresh salads and young cheeses. Its versatility makes it suitable for a variety of gastronomic combinations, enhancing the flavors without overwhelming them.

In conclusion, the Pecorino Colline Pescaresi IGT by La Valentina is a wine that celebrates the Pecorino vine with passion and dedication, offering a tasting experience that combines the freshness and aromaticity of the variety with the complexity and minerality conferred by the terroir of the Colline Pescaresi, testifying to the winery's commitment to the expression of Abruzzo wine excellence.
