The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC by La Valentina is a white wine that expresses with elegance and finesse the potential of the Trebbiano vine, one of the most widespread and appreciated in Italy, particularly in the Abruzzo region. La Valentina, a winery located in the heart of Abruzzo, is recognized for its dedication to enhancing native vines through sustainable practices and a careful oenological approach, aimed at enhancing the identity and purity of the terroir.

This Trebbiano d'Abruzzo stands out for its fresh and harmonious style, the result of careful vinification that begins with the manual harvesting of the grapes at the optimal moment of ripeness, to guarantee a perfect balance between acidity and aromatic concentration. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, to preserve the delicate varietal aromas, followed by a short period of refinement in steel, which keeps the freshness and liveliness of the wine intact.

Visually, La Valentina's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo presents itself with a light and brilliant straw yellow color, which reflects its youth and vitality. On the nose, it offers a delicate and inviting bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruit, such as apple and pear, floral accents and a light minerality, which together create a complex and pleasantly fresh olfactory profile.

In the mouth, the wine confirms its elegance and drinkability, with a fresh and lively attack, which evolves into a balanced and harmonious structure. The well-integrated acidity supports the fruity flavors and leads to a clean and persistent finish, characterized by a pleasant sensation of freshness and a light mineral note, typical of Abruzzo soils.

Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to light dishes, seafood starters, grilled fish and vegetables, La Valentina's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC is an excellent choice for those looking for a white wine capable of combining freshness, complexity and pleasantness, representing the the tradition and wine-growing quality of Abruzzo is better.

Winery history
La Valentina was founded in 1990 in the hills near Pescara; since 1994 the estate has been run by the brothers Sabatino, Roberto and Andrea Di Properzio. Over the years the estate has worked to enhance the local terroirs and improve quality with an approach increasingly attentive to the vineyard's biological balance.
