They are mainly divided into two worlds: Sparkling wines obtained with a Classic method of which the main vines are Chardonnay - Pinot Nero - Pinot Bianco; or Sparkling wines obtained with the Martinotti or Charmat method of which the main vines are aromatic grapes such as Moscato, Malvasia and Brachetto.
