The Champagne Millesime 2012 by Cottet-Dubreuil is an exceptional expression of elegance and complexity. This champagne comes from a careful selection of the finest grapes harvested in 2012, a particularly favorable year that allowed for the development of intense aromas and a refined structure. On the nose, lively notes of ripe white fruits, such as pear and apple, stand out, accompanied by nuances of brioche and toasted almond that reveal the long maturation on the lees. On the palate, the Millesime 2012 presents a creamy texture and a perfect balance between acidity and freshness. The fine and persistent bubbles dance on the palate, contributing to the sensation of elegance and aromatic persistence. This champagne is ideal to accompany celebratory moments or a refined dinner, pairing beautifully with dishes based on fish or delicate white meats. A true jewel of Cottet-Dubreuil that celebrates the art of champagne with mastery.
