The Bianco Veneto IGT from the Telos line, produced by the renowned Tenuta Sant'Antonio, is a white wine that captures the essence of native Venetian varietals with a touch of modernity and innovation. Tenuta Sant'Antonio, known for its sustainable and environmentally respectful approach, is located in the heart of the Veneto region, an area famous for the production of high-quality wines.

This Bianco Veneto IGT is distinguished by its fresh and lively aromatic profile. On the nose, it opens with delicate aromas of white fruits such as pear and melon, enriched by nuances of white flowers and a light note of aromatic herbs, which reflect the typicality of the Veneto terroir. On the palate, the wine is balanced, with pleasant acidity that supports the structure and ensures a fresh persistence.

The winemaking is carried out with great care, following methods that preserve the varietal characteristics and authenticity of the fruit. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers at controlled temperatures, to maintain the integrity of the aromas, followed by a short period of maturation on fine lees to add complexity and creaminess to the palate.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Bianco Veneto IGT Telos by Tenuta Sant'Antonio also pairs perfectly with fish dishes, seafood, and white meats. It is an excellent companion for light appetizers and vegetarian dishes, where its freshness and liveliness can truly shine.

This wine not only represents an excellent expression of the Veneto territory but also embodies Tenuta Sant'Antonio's commitment to responsible and high-quality viticulture. A predominant addition for any collection of white wines that desires to offer an authentic taste of Veneto in a glass.

Winery history
The estate was acquired in the late 1980s; the first vintage and the founding of the Tenuta Sant'Antonio brand date back to 1995. In the early 2000s the winery facility was built on Monti Garbi, and in 2004 the project expanded with new vineyards and the creation of the SCAIA brand. In subsequent years the family developed further projects and consolidated its presence in the Soave and Valpolicella areas.
Production philosophy
A pursuit of wine quality and personality through careful vineyard work, targeted winemaking choices and a growing focus on more natural and sustainable practices; the TéLOS project explores low-intervention wines and vegan certifications for some labels.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards extend across the Soave and Valpolicella areas, with a climate moderated by Lake Garda and soils ranging from calcareous to volcanic depending on the subzone.
