Scaia Bianco Veneto IGT - Tenuta Sant'Antonio is a white wine that perfectly embodies the elegance and freshness of the native grape varieties of the Veneto region. Produced by the renowned Tenuta Sant'Antonio, this wine is a masterful blend of Garganega and Chardonnay grapes, with a touch of Trebbiano di Soave, which gives it a complex and inviting structure.

On the nose, Scaia Bianco offers a seductive aromatic bouquet, where notes of white flowers, fresh fruit such as green apple and melon, and mineral nuances, almost chalky, reflect the unique terroir from which the grapes originate. This olfactory complexity invites a tasting rich in nuances.

On the palate, it presents a vibrant freshness, supported by a balanced acidity that prolongs the tasting pleasure. The texture is smooth and harmonious, with a return of the fruity and floral scents perceived on the nose, which delicately blend with subtle notes of aromatic herbs and fresh almond.

Scaia Bianco Veneto IGT is a versatile wine, excellent as an aperitif or paired with light dishes such as seafood appetizers, delicate vegetable soups, or fresh cheeses. Its elegance and freshness also make it ideal for accompanying a summer evening or a special moment, where lightness and refinement are desired.

Serve chilled, preferably between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius, to best enhance its qualities and enjoy a complete sensory experience. Tenuta Sant'Antonio recommends enjoying this wine young to appreciate all the freshness and aromaticity that characterize it.

Winery history
The estate was acquired in the late 1980s; the first vintage and the founding of the Tenuta Sant'Antonio brand date back to 1995. In the early 2000s the winery facility was built on Monti Garbi, and in 2004 the project expanded with new vineyards and the creation of the SCAIA brand. In subsequent years the family developed further projects and consolidated its presence in the Soave and Valpolicella areas.
Production philosophy
A pursuit of wine quality and personality through careful vineyard work, targeted winemaking choices and a growing focus on more natural and sustainable practices; the TéLOS project explores low-intervention wines and vegan certifications for some labels.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards extend across the Soave and Valpolicella areas, with a climate moderated by Lake Garda and soils ranging from calcareous to volcanic depending on the subzone.
