The story
Vineyards and cellar rooted in a centuries-old winemaking tradition; today run with a focus on organic viticulture and revitalisation of historic cellars.
Production philosophy
Work in harmony with nature and organic production (the website displays a Bioland logo). In the cellar: spontaneous fermentations with native yeasts, minimal or no fining/filtration, ageing in tonneaux and sometimes in clay vessels; a low-intervention approach.

Vineyards around Merano and Schenna (Mitterberg). For LaNoir the IGT Mitterberg designation and sites such as Meran Franz Tappeinerweg (≈350 m) and Schenna Vernaun (≈700 m) are indicated.
