The Chardonnay Danfora IGT from Riedingerhof is a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown according to biodynamic principles. The IGT designation provides a typological classification without specifying territory or vintage; biodynamic practice indicates an agricultural approach focused on sustainability and respect for natural rhythms, without implying particular techniques or ageing. In the glass it generally shows a straw-yellow color; on the nose it offers aromas of citrus, green apple and light floral notes, with possible hints of yellow-fleshed fruit.

On the palate it tends to be fresh and medium-bodied, with balanced acidity and a texture that promotes drinkability. It pairs easily with fish dishes, shellfish, white meats and fresh cheeses, as well as light vegetable preparations. Recommended serving temperature is around 10–12 °C. Those who value biodynamic wines will appreciate the attention to the vineyard; store the bottle in a cool, dark place and drink within the first years after harvest depending on the vintage characteristics.
