The Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut - 075 Carati by Piera Martellozzo is a refined expression of one of the most cherished indigenous varieties from Friuli-Venezia Giulia. This sparkling wine is renowned for its characteristic straw-yellow color with greenish reflections and its fine, persistent bubbles, which testify to the quality of the long Charmat method used in its production.

On the nose, the Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut offers an intriguing bouquet, characterized by fresh notes of white-fleshed fruits such as pear and apple, followed by hints of citrus and a delicately intertwined floral touch with nuances of yeast and fresh bread. This aromatic complexity arises from the meticulous selection of grapes and careful winemaking.

On the palate, the wine appears crisp and lively, with an elegant acidity that perfectly balances its structure. The taste is consistent with the aroma, enriched by a long and pleasantly fresh finish that invites another sip.

This sparkling wine from Piera Martellozzo is ideal as an aperitif, but its versatility also makes it perfect for accompanying light appetizers, fish dishes, and seafood. The recommended serving temperature is between 6 and 8°C to best enhance its qualities.

The Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut - 075 Carati is thus a tribute to the Friuli land, representing an excellent example of how the terroir and tradition can come together in a glass, offering a unique and memorable tasting experience.

Winery history
The company’s history dates back to the late 19th century, with the first generation of the Martellozzo family active in 1899 in the province of Padua. In the 1990s Piera, of the third generation, took the helm of the business, began re-evaluating indigenous grape varieties and launched its first organic line. In the early 2000s the headquarters were consolidated in San Quirino, in the Friuli Grave area, serving as the starting point for expansion into national and international markets.
Production philosophy
The estate combines respect for the land with an innovative approach: careful selection of well‑suited vineyard parcels, the production of wines that reflect the local territory, and a focus on sustainable practices through measures such as photovoltaic systems, lightweight packaging, water reuse and careful selection of label materials.
Terroir and vineyards
Primarily operating in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, with ties to the Triveneto region; the wines are an expression of gravelly soils and a microclimate tempered by the Adriatic and sheltered by the mountains to the north.
