Created exclusively from Pecorino grapes, an indigenous variety appreciated for its liveliness and freshness, this sparkling wine is the result of meticulous care at every stage of production.

The 830 Cuvée Prestige is distinguished by its bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections that hint at an intense and complex bouquet. On the nose, citrus notes immediately emerge, followed by floral nuances and a subtle touch of bread crust, a testament to careful processing and maturation. On the palate, the lively acidity is perfectly balanced by a pleasant softness, together developing a rich and inviting structure. The fine perlage guarantees a persistent sensation of freshness and an elegant creaminess.

Produced entirely from organic grapes, respectful of the environment and the terroir of origin, this Brut Spumante pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, seafood, and fish dishes, offering a tasting experience that is both refined and genuine. The MAGNUM format presentation makes it ideal for special occasions where the wine is not only the main feature of the toast but also an integral part of the expression of conviviality and celebration.

Chosen for those who appreciate sustainable and high-quality wines, the 830 Cuvée Prestige Pecorino Spumante Brut BIO represents a prestigious addition to any wine selection, promising to elevate every moment with its distinctive and impeccable character.
