Albana di Romagna Secco DOCG "Ever" by Tremonti is an organic white wine with a clean, measured profile. On the nose it shows notes of white-fleshed fruit, Mediterranean citrus and a floral hint; the aromatic profile remains straightforward and unobtrusive. On the palate it offers balanced sapidity and lively freshness, with a dry finish recalling light almond nuances and a citrusy touch. The structure is modest but defined, aimed at those seeking drinkability and character without excess.

Well suited as a table wine, it pairs with fish dishes, summer soups, vegetable-based plates and fresh cheeses. It also works as an opening wine for informal occasions. Serve cool to bring out its aromas and ease of drinking. The label and practical packaging reflect an approach attentive to sustainability; detailed production information is available from the winery. Ideal for those who favour organic wines with a dry, genuine profile.
