Aleatico Pomele IGP - 50cl - Cotarella is a sweet wine that carries the history and passion of Lazio viticulture. Produced in the picturesque Lazio area, this Aleatico comes from selected Aleatico grape varieties, typical for its aromatic and intense character. After a careful harvest, the grapes undergo a meticulous fermentation followed by aging in steel tanks that preserves freshness and typical aromas.

In the glass, it shows an intense ruby red color and on the nose releases notes of withered rose, wild berries, and light spices, highlighting its elegance and complexity. On the palate, it confirms its sweetness but balance, with a pleasant aromatic persistence inviting new tastings. Perfect as a dessert wine, it pairs wonderfully with chocolate-based desserts or blue cheeses, thus enhancing every tasting with its originality and depth.
