L'Alsace Métiss del Domaine Bott Geyl è un vino bianco che esprime la ricchezza e la diversità del terroir alsaziano. Questa cuvée rappresenta un blend unico di varietà tradizionali della regione, tra cui Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer e Muscat, coltivate secondo i principi della viticoltura biodinamica. Il Métiss offre un bouquet aromatico intenso con note floreali di fiori bianchi, accenti fruttati di pesca e albicocca, e un delicato sottofondo speziato.

In bocca, il vino si presenta con una buona struttura e una freschezza vibrante, bilanciata da una lieve sapidità che ne esalta la complessità. Winery history
Domaine Bott‑Geyl was born from the union of two local winemaking families and continues a family tradition active since the late 18th century. The domaine's modern management is led by Jean-Christophe Bott, who relaunched and expanded the business from the 1990s; the official website highlights the family's historical roots and the domaine's current presence on numerous crus in the area.
Production philosophy
