Alto Adige DOC S. Maddalena - Linea 1840 - H. Lun is a wine that embodies the elegance and minerality typical of alpine vineyards. Produced in one of the most prestigious areas of Alto Adige, where the cool climate and temperature variations favor the slow and complete ripening of the grapes, this wine is mainly made from the Schiava grape variety, an authentic expression of the territory. The aging process, carefully managed, enhances the fruity notes of cherry and red berries, combined with delicate floral hints and a pleasant spicy vein. On the palate, it stands out for its fresh, harmonious drinkability with a slightly tannic finish that provides persistence and structure. It pairs beautifully with typical local dishes such as speck and light game, as well as with white meats and semi-aged cheeses.

An authentic experience that evokes the purity and freshness of the South Tyrolean mountains.
