On the palate it reveals a fresh structure supported by pronounced acidity, typical of Barbera, which provides dynamism and easy drinkability. Tannins are present but soft, contributing to a balanced finish with good persistence. It pairs easily with everyday dishes such as pasta with sauce, white meats, cold cuts and semi-firm cheeses; it also works well with tomato-based preparations. It is a wine intended for convivial moments, suited both to informal meals and to more intimate gatherings. Serve at around 16–18 °C and drink within a few years to enjoy its freshness.
