The L'Aurora Rosè Classic Method Brut Nature sparkling wine from La Riva winery stands as an exceptional example of the elegance and finesse that a rosé sparkling wine can offer. Produced following the stringent Classic Method, this sparkling wine is marked by its Brut Nature character, without the addition of dosage in the disgorgement process, allowing the natural qualities of the used grapes to shine through.

L'Aurora Rosè is characterized by a delicate color, a pale and fascinating pink that beckons tasting. On the nose, it reveals a complex and captivating bouquet, rich in aromas of fresh small red berries, with a light floral note reminiscent of rose and violet, complemented by nuances of brioche due to the long presence on the lees.

On the palate, the drink showcases great freshness and lively acidity, masterfully balanced with structure and body. The finely intertwined bubbles in the fabric of the wine lead to a creamy and persistent sensation, culminating in a clean and refreshing finish.

With production limited to a few bottles to ensure maximum care and attention to every detail of the process, from hand-picking the grapes to the delicate winemaking process, this sparkling wine is ideal for special occasions. It pairs perfectly with raw fish dishes, light starters, and can be an excellent highlight of a significant toast.

Thus, L'Aurora Rosè by La Riva is a tribute to the tradition of Italian sparkling wine, reinterpreted with a modern eye that does not compromise on quality and elegance.

Winery history
Tenuta La Riva was founded as a family project, driven by Alberto's passion and the tradition of several generations. The estate has grown steadily, focusing on bottle refermentation and the promotion of local grape varieties such as Pignoletto and Trebbiano Modenese, with the family involved in every stage from vineyard to cellar.
Production philosophy
The winery favors refermentation in bottle and a low-intervention winemaking approach: organic farming, low use of sulfites and techniques that respect the land and health. For sparkling wines they practice long periods of lees contact and perform disgorgements à la volée for low- or no-dosage wines.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate, located in the Colli Bolognesi at Castello di Serravalle, is surrounded by the characteristic calanchi of the Emilian Apennines and lies about half an hour from Bologna. It cultivates indigenous and international grape varieties suited to the hilly terrain.
