The Barolo DOCG of Cesare Pavese, produced in the prestigious Langhe area in Piedmont, best expresses the elegance of Nebbiolo, the main grape of these hills. The Vallebelbo territory, rich in calcareous-clay soils, gives the wine a solid structure and fine aromatic harmony. After a slow maceration, it undergoes aging in oak barrels that can exceed 24 months, imparting complexity and depth to the sip.

On the nose, an intense bouquet of withered roses, ripe cherries, sweet spices and light notes of licorice emerges. On the palate, it is powerful yet balanced, with velvety tannins and a long savory finish, typical of the finest Barolo. This wine fascinates for its ability to evolve over time, offering lasting emotions.

Perfectly paired with braised red meats, roasts and aged cheeses, the Barolo DOCG Cesare Pavese is a true jewel of Piedmontese tradition.
