The BBK Rebula by Lis Neris is a white wine that captivates with its originality and aromatic complexity, cultivated in the fertile valleys of Friuli Venezia Giulia. This label best expresses the Rebula varietal, also known as Ribolla Gialla, highly appreciated for its unique characteristics.

On the nose, the BBK Rebula reveals an intriguing bouquet, with prominent notes of ripe yellow fruit, such as peach and apricot, enriched with hints of honey and white flowers. A light mineral note further enhances the olfactory profile, providing a freshness that invites the next sip.

In the mouth, this wine presents a soft attack, quickly giving way to a lively freshness, supported by good acidity. The palate is pampered by a silky texture and a long, persistently aromatic aftertaste, reminiscent of citrus and again the minerality.

The BBK Rebula pairs perfectly with rich fish dishes, such as seafood risotto or baked sea bass. It is also excellent with soft cheeses and can be a star at the table even when paired with delicate vegetarian dishes.

This wine not only tells the story of its territory but also the attention and care that the Lis Neris winery dedicates to viticulture and vinification, with a strong commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment.

Store in a cool place away from direct light sources to best appreciate its qualities over the next 3-5 years. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C to highlight all its nuances.
