The grape variety, cultivated with artisanal care, is hand-harvested to preserve the integrity of the berries. The winemaking involves controlled fermentation in steel, followed by prolonged aging in wooden barrels, which gives structure and complexity to the wine. The long maturation period brings out a broad bouquet, intertwining aromas of ripe fruit, such as golden apple and pear, with light notes of vanilla, butter, and a delicate touch of toast.
On the palate, it is enveloping and fresh, with a pleasant minerality that reflects the Alto Adige territory. This Chardonnay pairs magnificently with baked fish dishes, white meats, and soft cheeses, enhancing every course with its refined elegance.
