Elegant and luminous, this Alto Adige DOC white from Santa Margherita presents a savory, fresh profile typical of the region. On the nose it unfolds with white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, with delicate citrus notes and a mineral hint that lends surprising clarity; the palate is immediate yet balanced, with lively acidity and a controlled softness that supports drinkability without weighing it down. The structure is fine but present, with pleasant flavor persistence and a finish that returns to floral and citrus notes.

At the table it proves very versatile: it naturally accompanies seafood antipasti, dishes of delicate fish and flavorful salads, but it also stands up to light preparations featuring fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, preferably in large glasses to enhance its aromas; it’s a wine to drink young to capture its vivacity, but it can also offer some complexity if left to rest for a few years.
