The Bianco Romangia IGT by Dettori is born in Sardinia, a land with an authentic character and an ancient winemaking vocation. It is mainly produced with the Vermentino grape variety, a symbol of the territory, which gives the wine marine freshness and intense aromaticity. The vinification takes place with traditional methods and careful aging in steel, aimed at preserving the purity of the fruit and the territorial typicity.

In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow color and releases notes of white flowers, citrus fruits, and a delicate scent of Mediterranean scrub. The palate is elegant, vibrant, with a pleasant savoriness that recalls the sea air. The Bianco Romangia pairs ideally with dishes based on fresh fish, shellfish, and soft cheeses, enhancing every pairing with its saline freshness and its light but decisive structure. A Sardinian excellence that tells the story and the taste of the territory.

A natural winery from Romangia (Sennori, Sardinia), known for single-cru wines, biodynamic practices and concrete vinification.
Region: Sardegna
Country: Italia
Founded: 1996
Grapes: Cannonau (clone Retagliadu Nieddu), Vermentino, Moscato di Sorso-Sennori, Monica, Pascale
Cru: Badde Nigolosu, single-vineyard wines Exclusively vinified in concrete tanks. Biodynamic practices and a natural approach Goblet-trained vines at 250–300 m above sea level. Indigenous grape varieties, with particular focus on the local Cannonau clone.
Winery history
The Dettori family has cultivated the land and produced wine for generations. Sales in demijohns continued until 1981, when Paolo began bottling part of the production. The modern project now known as Tenute Dettori was presented under the heading "1996 – Vignaioli Artigiani del vino e della Terra in Badde Nigolosu." The estate has progressively promoted the pure vinification of ancient local clones and the enhancement of the Badde Nigolosu cru.
Production philosophy
Artisanal agricultural work and minimal cellar intervention: biodynamic farming, hand harvesting, cluster selection, natural macerations and aging exclusively in concrete to express the terroir without the systematic use of wood or additives.
Terroir and vineyards
Badde Nigolosu, a natural amphitheatre in the Romangia del Logudoro. Vines are bush-trained at approximately 250–300 m above sea level, with views over the Gulf of Asinara and protected areas of Mediterranean maquis.
