The Bianco Toscana IGT Classico di Ripa delle Mandorle, produced by Castello Vicchiomaggio, is born in the heart of Tuscany, a territory famous for the harmony between mild climate and mineral-rich soils. This wine, a typical representative of the Tuscan tradition, best expresses the freshness and elegance of white grape varieties carefully cultivated in the Colli Fiorentini vineyard.

Its bouquet opens with delicate notes of white flowers, green apple, and light citrus hints, accompanied by a pleasant minerality that makes it vibrant on the palate. The structure is balanced, with good acidity that invites another sip, conferring persistence and simplicity at the same time. The vinification follows methods attentive to enhancing the fruit, with aging in steel that preserves freshness and the natural aromatic expression.

Perfect as a companion to seafood appetizers or light fish-based dishes, this Bianco Toscana IGT represents a classic and refined interpretation of the Tuscan terroir.
