Bourgogne Côte d’or - Les millerands - Eric Boigelot is a wine that embodies the authentic essence of the prestigious Burgundy region, particularly the renowned Côte d’Or. Made from carefully selected vines, this wine stands out for its use of Pinot Noir grapes, a signature variety of this unique territory. The terroir, characterized by a limestone-clay soil and ideal climate, gives the wine an elegant and complex expression.

The aging, carried out with patience and care, often involves the use of oak barrels which help define its smooth structure and intense, refined aromatic profile. On the nose, notes of small red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, are perceived, accompanied by hints of delicate spices and a mineral touch reminiscent of wet stone. On the palate it is enveloping, with silky tannins and balanced acidity that promotes longevity.

Ideal paired with dishes based on white meats, light game, or cheeses that enhance its delicacy, this Bourgogne represents a true sensory journey into the heart of the Côte d’Or. A label that honors the territory with respect and authenticity, capable of satisfying the most demanding palates.
