More questions

The Bourgueil Les Galichets from Domaine de la Chevalerie is a French red wine that captivates with its robustness and finesse. Produced in the renowned Loire region, this wine is primarily made from Cabernet Franc grapes, which impart a typical liveliness and distinctive aromatic nuances.

On the nose, the Bourgueil Les Galichets reveals notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and blackberry, enriched by hints of black pepper and wet earth, adding complexity to the bouquet. On the palate, the wine is generous and well-structured, with finely woven tannins that promise good longevity. The balance between lively acidity and rich fruitiness makes it an ideal companion for grilled red meats or aged cheeses.

The artisanal craftsmanship of Domaine de la Chevalerie, a family-run winery with a history dating back over four centuries, is clearly evident in this elegant wine. Bourgueil Les Galichets is an authentic expression of the Bourgueil terroir, known for its limestone soils that lend the wines a distinctive minerality. A sophisticated addition to any wine collection, perfect for special occasions or as a gift for wine enthusiasts who appreciate labels with a strong sense of place.
