The Bourgueil Noms d'Oiseaux, produced by the renowned Domaine de la Chevalerie winery, is an extraordinary example of red wine that best expresses the unique characteristics of the Loire terroir. This wine is primarily made from Cabernet Franc grapes, known for their ability to convey intensity and vibrancy in the glass.

In the glass, the Noms d’Oiseaux displays a deep and brilliant ruby red color. On the nose, aromatic notes of ripe red fruits are interwoven with hints of wild herbs and subtle touches of black pepper, adding complexity and allure. On the palate, the taste is robust yet balanced, with an excellent tannic structure that promises exceptional aging potential. Freshness and minerality are well-present, leading to a long and persistently aromatic finish.

Ideal when paired with grilled red meats, game dishes, or aged cheeses, Bourgueil Noms d’Oiseaux promises to elevate any table with its distinctive and authentically French presence. A wine that, year after year, continues to capture the pure essence of its natural environment.
