The harvest takes place at the beginning of October, after a selection of the grapes in the vineyard, part of the harvest is put on special drying racks for 15 days to then be vinified at a later time.
Like the Morellino Classico, this wine is vinified in steel at a controlled temperature of 28-30°C for 7 days, but with the spiciness of Syrah and a greater roundness given by the partial drying of the grapes. Bramaluce is a unique Maremma DOC to be tasted without haste. A wine aged in the bottle 6 months before being put on the market.
A glass that comes with a color rruby bone with violet reflections. An intense scent of red fruit and black cherry gives rise to a bouquet seductive and persistent on the nose.
On the palate it is irrepressible, the tannins are ripe and persistent and give an intense and elegant flavour. A red that can certainly represent the Tuscan territory at its best. Exceptional in combination with red meats, game and roasts.
