The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG - Capanna - 375 ml represents an authentic expression of the historic Tuscan denomination. Produced in the renowned Montalcino area, this wine is made exclusively from the Sangiovese grape, cultivated on soils rich in galestro and clay, which impart complexity and structure to the fruit.

The ageing takes place according to the traditional guidelines of the specification, with a minimum period in oak barrels that allows the Brunello to develop an intense ruby color with garnet reflections, as well as a broad and enveloping bouquet. On the nose, notes of ripe red cherry emerge, with light hints of tobacco and leather, accompanied by floral and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is full, balanced and characterized by velvety tannins, with a long and harmonious persistence.

This Brunello di Montalcino pairs magnificently with game dishes, red meat, and aged cheeses, enhancing its structure and aromatic-flavor richness. Ideal both for festive moments and attentive tastings, it testifies to the skill and passion of the Capanna winery in preserving the winemaking tradition of Montalcino.
