The Brut Prosecco DOC of Col de' Salici is born in the heart of Veneto, one of the most emblematic areas for the production of this famous sparkling wine. Made with Glera grapes, typical of the Prosecco Denomination of Controlled Origin, it stands out for its freshness and finesse, the result of careful vinification and a secondary fermentation in autoclave that preserves the aromaticity of the grape variety.

The color is bright, a brilliant straw yellow, with fine and persistent perlage that enchants at the first sip. On the nose, an explosion of fresh floral scents dominates, notes of green apple and light hints of citrus, accompanied by a slight minerality. On the palate, the Brut of Col de’ Salici presents itself dry, balanced, with a pleasant acidity that supports the drinkability and leaves a lively and clean sensation.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs excellently with seafood appetizers, light first courses based on fish or delicate white meats, as well as fresh cheeses. A versatile wine that carries with it the elegance and tradition of the production area, enhancing the authentic quality of Prosecco DOC.
