The Brut Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG 2024 from Col de' Salici is born in the heart of the Treviso hills, a territory renowned for the ideal pedoclimatic conditions that enhance the elegance and freshness of the Glera grape variety. This sparkling wine, made from hand-selected grapes, represents a perfect expression of the sparkling art of the Valdobbiadene denomination, recognized by UNESCO for its viticultural landscape of extraordinary value.

The production method follows the traditional Martinotti-Charmat technique, which preserves the typical aromatic notes of Glera, giving fine and persistent bubbles. In the glass, it presents a bright straw-yellow color, accompanied by fresh hints of green apple, pear, and citrus, combined with a delicate floral bouquet. The palate is harmonious, with lively perlage and a dry finish that emphasizes its pleasant drinkability.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with shellfish, light appetizers, and delicate fish dishes, enhancing every convivial moment with its freshness and aromatic complexity.
