Le Monde’s Cabernet Sauvignon Friuli DOC shows an immediate, recognizable profile: deep ruby color and a bouquet dominated by ripe black fruit, with notes of plum and blackberry, and light herbal hints and delicate spices that emerge without being intrusive. On the nose there is good definition, aromatic freshness and a balance that leads to a measured yet decisive sip, where the wine’s substance expresses itself with grace rather than aggression.

On the palate it confirms the color and structure: tannins are present but well integrated, acidity that supports the wine and a discreet persistence that leaves fruity impressions and a hint of pepper. It pairs well with red meat dishes, braises, roasts and aged cheeses; it is also enjoyable with flavorful everyday cooking. Serve around 16–18 °C and open a few minutes before if you prefer to soften the sip.
