Casaboli is an excellent red wine produced with 100% Primitivo grapes.
The maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 20 days, in order to extract colorants and aromatic substances, frequent pumping over is carried out. At the same time it also softens the tannic mass. the refinement is carried out in large oak barrels.
In the glass it has an enchanting intense ruby red color with violet reflections.
Elegant fruity tones arrive on the nose, mainly of blackberry, followed by notes of dark plum and ripe black cherries.
Its consistent tannins blend pleasantly with its softness. A wine of great depth that offers a classy drink.
It goes perfectly with first courses with meat sauce, large roasts and medium-aged cheeses.
