Of great balance and controlled personality, this Champagne Brut Classic from Deutz in Rehoboam format presents a refined and immediate profile. On the nose there are notes of fresh citrus and white-fleshed fruit, integrated with delicate biscuity nuances and light hints of almond that do not weigh down the ensemble. The perlage is fine and continuous, the lively acidity gives drive to the sip while the texture remains smooth and harmonious: the result is an elegant character, a fine interplay between freshness and softness.

On the palate the drinking is clean and sapid, with a persistence that underlines the overall quality without becoming intrusive. Thanks to the large format and the gift box, it is designed for convivial moments and celebrations, but also demonstrates great versatility at the table: it pairs well with shellfish, fish dishes and fresh cheeses, or can simply elevate a toast. Best served well chilled to appreciate its vivacity and aromatic progression.

Winery history
Founded in Aÿ by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann, the Maison established itself in the Champagne scene thanks to the quality of its cuvées. Over time it underwent phases of modernization and changes in ownership that enabled investments in its production facilities; today it is part of the Louis Roederer group. The cellar uses its historic chalk galleries for aging and continues to showcase the area's crus.
Production philosophy
Priority is given to respect for the terroir and to patience: the estate favors distinct vinifications for each cru, carefully calibrated blends and extended cellar aging to develop complexity and finesse, rather than rapid production cycles or invasive manipulations.
Terroir and vineyards
Production is rooted in Aÿ and draws on parcels distributed across the Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne. The House works both estate vineyards and grapes selected from growers in the surrounding municipalities.
