Elegant and classically styled, this Deutz Champagne Brut Rosé Classic in magnum format shows a refined and measured profile. The pale pink hue is followed by a very fine perlage that supports a bouquet of small red fruits, petals and a light note of toasted bread; the whole is balanced without excess. Vibrant freshness and discreet sapidity integrate with a subtle, pleasant aromatic texture. It is enjoyable immediately and is also capable of revealing delicate nuances with brief aging.

On the palate it is smooth and focused, with a soft effervescence that cleanses the palate and a structure that keeps the sip lively and harmonious. The magnum format enhances the wine’s fluidity, ideal when the bottle is the centerpiece of the table. It pairs gracefully with shellfish, delicate fish and fresh cheeses, and stands up well to light fruit-based desserts. Serve chilled, but not too cold, to appreciate its subtle finesse.

Winery history
Founded in Aÿ by William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann, the Maison established itself in the Champagne scene thanks to the quality of its cuvées. Over time it underwent phases of modernization and changes in ownership that enabled investments in its production facilities; today it is part of the Louis Roederer group. The cellar uses its historic chalk galleries for aging and continues to showcase the area's crus.
Production philosophy
Priority is given to respect for the terroir and to patience: the estate favors distinct vinifications for each cru, carefully calibrated blends and extended cellar aging to develop complexity and finesse, rather than rapid production cycles or invasive manipulations.
Terroir and vineyards
Production is rooted in Aÿ and draws on parcels distributed across the Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne. The House works both estate vineyards and grapes selected from growers in the surrounding municipalities.
