Champagne Cuvée Réserve - Clovis - Maison Yves Loison from Maison Yves Loison, produced in the renowned Champagne region, embodies the elegance of Chardonnay combined with the structure of Pinot Noir and the character of Pinot Meunier. This cuvée, the result of a skillful blending art, patiently matures for several months in the cellar, developing a distinctive aromatic complexity. On the nose, it presents notes of ripe white fruit, subtle floral hints, and a touch of bread crust, typical of bottle fermentation. On the palate, it reveals fine and persistent bubbles that support a balance between vibrant freshness and harmonious softness, delivering a pleasant sensation of elegance and lightness.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fish and shellfish dishes, this Champagne expresses the authentic character of the Champagne territory, respecting its tradition and refinement. A refined choice for those who love a rich and complex glass, capable of telling stories of terroir and winemaking passion.

Vineyard of approximately 5 hectares spread between Prouilly and Vandeuil. Cuvée "Senlis Vieilles Vignes" praised by critics. Range of bottles available in the official online shop. Some cuvées are aged in oak barrels or spend extended time on the lees for greater complexity.
Winery history
The Loison family has been growing vines for generations; their commercial label was launched by Yves Loison in the late 1970s. In recent years management has passed to Clovis Loison, who has introduced new ideas while maintaining traditional winemaking practices and the enhancement of individual parcels.
Production philosophy
Small-scale quality focus: highlighting the local terroir through parcel-specific cuvées and careful blends; some cuvées are aged in wood or spend extended time on the lees to develop complexity and finesse.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards located in the communes of Prouilly and Vandeuil, on the Saint‑Thierry massif northwest of Reims, with clay‑limestone soils that contribute freshness and structure to the cuvées.
