The Ruinart Champagne Rosé in magnum format presents itself as a refined expression intended for sharing. The generous format helps preserve freshness during service and highlights a fine, continuous perlage and a delicate pink hue. On the nose it offers a balance of red fruit aromas and subtle floral notes, with an overall elegant and restrained aromatic profile. On the palate it displays a balanced structure supported by pleasant acidity and good persistence, finishing harmoniously and inviting another sip.

It is well suited to flavorful appetizers, fish and shellfish dishes, white meats and fruit-based preparations, and also works for convivial moments outside of meals. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in tulip or flute glasses to emphasize aromas and bubbles; the magnum format facilitates a more even service during tasting. Store in a cool, low-light place with stable temperature; open carefully and consume within a few hours to best appreciate its characteristics.

Winery history
Founded on 1 September 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart, inspired by the monk Dom Thierry Ruinart. In the 18th century the House acquired the underground crayères in Reims for ageing; the family became Ruinart de Brimont in 1817. The House continues its historic activity in Reims and the Champagne region.
