This Chardonnay from the Tre Venezie IGP by Ca' Stele shows a bright straw-yellow color and an immediate, pleasant aromatic profile. On the nose there are white-fleshed fruits and ripe citrus, supported by white flowers and a hint of aromatic herbs that lend clarity and freshness; all balanced by a gentle softness that doesn’t weigh it down. The balance between lively acidity and medium body makes the sip smooth and inviting, suitable for those seeking a versatile yet structured white.

On the palate it is saline and substantial, with good persistence and fruity echoes that accompany a dry, restrained finish. It pairs well with fish dishes, shellfish, white meats and fresh cheeses, but also stands up to more aromatic starters; serve chilled, around 10–12 °C, to appreciate its freshness and sapidity. A well-calibrated everyday choice, able to accompany convivial moments without losing personality.
