Immediately pleasing, this Tre Venezie Pinot Noir by Ca' Stele offers a savory, linear profile: pale ruby highlights, aromas of fresh cherry, small red berries and a floral hint reminiscent of violet. The whole is elegant but not insubstantial, with a subtle, well-integrated tannic texture that supports the sip without weighing it down, leaving room for a pleasant freshness.

On the palate it is smooth, with good persistence and an earthy nuance that adds depth to the fruit; the acidic thread keeps the wine lively and invites a second glass. It pairs well with white meat dishes, lightly cured cold cuts and flavorful first courses, but is also satisfying when tasted on its own. Serve slightly chilled to enhance its drinkability; the lightness of the tannins makes it approachable already in its early years, while the acidic spine ensures balance and a clean finish. Perfect for everyday meals but also for informal dinners with friends.
