Selection from vineyard, it is a Chianti Classico that derives, as you might well think, from the grapes of a single vineyard: Montaperto. A Sangiovese produced with grapes ripe at the right point and grown in organic farming that offers a unique and ethereal taste.
A lunar wine, as it is defined by the Carpineta Fontalpino winery itself, which appears in the glass with a rruby bone with violet reflections. On the nose it gives an enveloping sensation, thanks to a fruity bouquet of myrtle and mulberry that blend with floral and spicy notes.
A soft red to drink, with velvety tannins that caress the palate. An elegant glass, ideal for any occasion; with a fresh and delicate sip ready to conquer. A certainty to serve this Chianti at the table in combination with red meats, poultry, roasts and cold cuts and cheeses.
