Produced almost entirely from Sangiovese grapes, with a light mix of Colorino and Merlot, after the harvest the alcoholic fermentation takes place in cement tanks with temperature control, and at the end of the malolactic fermentation the wine is partly aged in oak barrels and in partly in concrete tanks. At the end of the refinement of about 12-14 months, it is still refined in the bottle.
It has a not too intense ruby red color. On the nose it is fruity and floral with good but not excessive intensity, accompanied by subtle spicy notes.
Fantastic soft taste and lively tannins, with at the same time a sweet aftertaste and a slight acidity that lengthens the persistence of taste on the palate.
