Camigliano offers a Chianti Colli Senesi with a clear, familiar profile: on the nose ripe red fruits emerge, cherry and raspberry, floral nuances and a light spicy note that keeps the warmth in check. The sip is fresh and smooth, supported by vibrant acidity and savory tannins that are never aggressive; the body is medium, the texture immediate and pleasant, with a persistence that recalls the fruit and a mineral hint on the finish and a pleasant sapidity.

A wine of everyday character yet refined, it suits both an informal dinner and a more distinctive dish: excellent with tomato pasta, roasted meats and aged cheeses, where the contrast of acidity and sapidity enhances the flavor. It is best enjoyed at a cool-moderate temperature (around 16–18°C) and, if desired, after a short aeration to round the tannins; it is ideal for convivial tables and for those looking for a versatile Chianti, ready to drink but with personality.
