Cantina San Valentino has always shown a deep desire to respect the environment, taking care of and enhancing the territory; this is why all San Valentino wines are the result of research, quality and tradition, and derive from a biological choice. Contesse Muschietti follows a drying of the grapes in the vineyard and on racks, natural fermentation in oak barrels following the solera method, to finish with refinement of orOver 10 years in oak barrels.

It enchants the eye with its dark amber colour. The nose releases a sensational aroma with returns of dried fruit, aromas of dehydrated apricot and raisins and in the finish spicy notes of cinnamon and turmeric that blend with nuances of chestnut honey. When tasted the honey persists and prevails, giving the palate a soft, fine and persistent taste.

A meditation raisin wine, excellent to be enjoyed without haste for a precious moment. At the table, its qualities stand out in combination with sideboard desserts and almond-based dry pastries.
