Il Crémant du Jura AOC Brut Dargent Blanc de Blancs Brut Millésimé è un vino spumante di alta classe, prodotto nella storica regione del Jura, celebre per le sue tradizioni vitivinicole e la qualità dei suoi vini. Questo Crémant è realizzato esclusivamente con uve Chardonnay, una scelta che conferisce al vino una straordinaria eleganza e freschezza. La vendemmia è rigorosamente selezionata e le uve sono vinificate con metodi tradizionali, seguendo il metodo champenoise, il che consente una rifermentazione in bottiglia e un affinamento sui lieviti per un periodo prolungato, che arricchisce il bouquet aromatico.

Il millesimato in questione si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino luminoso e una perlage fine e persistente. Al naso, si manifestano eleganti sentori di fiori bianchi, agrumi e lievi note di crosta di pane, frutto della lunga maturazione. Al palato, il vino risulta fresco e morbido, con una buona acidità che ne aumenta la precisione gustativa. Winery history
According to the maison's official information, the establishment began as a collective initiative of winegrowers from the Jura and was subsequently acquired by the Helfrich family. Maison du Vigneron has expanded its operations by acquiring, among others, Domaine de Savagny and by developing cellars and facilities dedicated to the ageing of the Jura's typical wines.
