The Dolcetto d’Alba 2024 from Giacomo Fenocchio shows a lively ruby color that invites the first taste. On the nose it is frank and direct: cherry and small red berries emerge, with a slight floral note and an herbaceous touch that gives precision to the profile. It is a wine of sincere character, without excess, that emphasizes the pleasure of the fruit while maintaining good aromatic clarity.

On the palate it is smooth and well-paced: medium-bodied, with soft tannins and a fresh sapidity that carries the sip to a pleasant finish. It is best served slightly cool; recommended around 12-14 °C and best enjoyed young, when the fruit is full and fragrant. Excellent with cured meats and appetizers, pasta with simple sauces, rustic pizza and white meats, it is an ideal companion for informal, convivial meals.
