A wine produced with only organic Dolcetto grapes, with an average age of 25-30 years. After the harvest the grapes are promptly taken to the cellar where the winemaking process begins; the alcoholic fermentation lasts 15-20 days and takes place in stainless steel tanks, with daily punching down. Always in steel, it happens the malolactic fermentation and aging for several months. The wine is then bottled and introduced on the market.

It shows an intense purplish-red color when poured. It conquers the sense of smell with an amazing bouquet characterized by intense fruity hints of blackberry, morello cherry and blueberry, to which are added nuances of undergrowth, aromatic herbs and spices. In the mouth, a particularly soft wine appears from the first sip, with refined tannins that accompany towards a typically almond finish.

An extremely versatile and elegant glass that lends itself well to accompanying dishes based on red and white meats, cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses.
