Elegant interpretation of Satèn by Tenuta Montenisa for Marchese Antinori, presented in magnum format and packaged in a wooden case: a proposal that emphasizes softness and pleasant drinkability. In the glass you appreciate fine, creamy bubbles that envelop the palate, supported by a balance of freshness and minerality. The aromatic profile is discreet but defined, with hints of ripe white fruit, touches of sweet citrus and light yeasty traces suggesting delicate bakery notes; the whole remains clean and not cloying.

On the palate it surprises with roundness and harmony: the body is soft without being flat, the citrus returns keep the sip lively and the finish is pleasant. Excellent as an elegant aperitif, it pairs well with raw seafood, flavorful risottos and delicate fish or shellfish dishes; it also makes an impressive gift or suits occasions where the magnum takes center stage, promoting slower maturation and convivial sharing.

Winery history
The Antinori family has been connected to winemaking for centuries and is recorded as active in the wine trade as early as 1385. The "Marchese Antinori" label is among the winery's historic names; since the 2011 vintage the Chianti Classico Riserva "Marchese Antinori" has been produced exclusively from grapes from Tenuta Tignanello, one of the family's most representative estates.
Production philosophy
It combines respect for tradition and the land with technical innovation: vineyard care, ampelographic research and careful winemaking practices to enhance the expression of Sangiovese and the historic parcels of Chianti Classico.
Terroir and vineyards
Production is firmly rooted in Chianti Classico. The Tenuta Tignanello estate is located on the hills between the Greve and Pesa valleys; the soils are calcareous-marly, which contribute to the wine's character.
