Erbaluce Bianco Colline Novaresi DOC Millesimato 2020 by Erbavoglio, produced in the Colline Novaresi area in Piedmont, elegantly expresses one of the most representative native grape varieties of this land. The Erbaluce grape, known for its freshness and structure, gives rise to a wine with a bright straw yellow color, enriched by fine and lively bubbles obtained with the Charmat method. On the nose, it opens with notes of citrus, green apple, and a delicate floral hint, accompanied by mineral recalls that enhance its territorial typicity.

On the palate, it is fresh, harmonious, with pleasant sapidity and a persistent finish that leaves room for light fruity returns. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs with fish-based dishes, delicate appetizers, and fresh cheeses, always offering a sensation of balance and liveliness, typical of the Novara territory.

Winery history
The company's origins date back to the 1950s, when Pierino Piantavigna planted the first vineyards; it was officially established in 1997 by Alessandro Francoli. Over time ownership and management have evolved to include local family collaborations and an expansion of vineyards and production, while maintaining a focus on the viticultural traditions of the Colline Novaresi.
