The Falanghina Irpinia DOC from I Feudali is a white wine that favors clarity and pleasant immediacy. Straw yellow with slight greenish hues, it opens on the nose with citrus notes (lemon and grapefruit), white flowers and a delicate white peach, accompanied by a subtle mineral hint reminiscent of wet stone. On the palate it shows a balance built around lively acidity, with persistent freshness and a modest body; the sip is clean, smooth and supported by citrus echoes that lead to a sober, slightly saline finish.

It is best enjoyed young, suited to informal occasions and to Mediterranean-style pairings: excellent with seafood appetizers, shellfish, summer salads and light fish-based pasta. Serve chilled at around 8–10 °C in white wine glasses to enhance the fresh aromas. For those seeking an uncomplicated white, it is a practical and versatile option to keep for consumption within a few years of bottling.
