With a deep ruby color, this Irpinia Aglianico DOC from I Feudali shows an aromatic profile favoring dark berries: plum and ripe cherry alternate with more restrained herbal and earthy notes. On the nose there are impressions of blackberry and small forest fruits, accompanied by a saline touch that follows through on the palate. The sip is focused, with tannins that are present but not excessive, supporting the structure without overwhelming the freshness; the finish remains persistent, characterized by a fruity return and a hint of minerality.

It pairs well with red meat dishes, roasts and hard cheeses, and can also stand up to more flavorful regional preparations. Serve at around 16–18°C and open a few minutes before tasting to allow the wine to express itself.
