The Falerio Pecorino DOC "Tarà" by Cocci Grifoni is an organic white wine that showcases the Pecorino grape within the Falerio DOC. With a luminous straw-yellow appearance, it offers a clear, immediate aromatic profile: notes of ripe citrus, white peach and white flowers, accompanied by delicate herbaceous hints and a restrained minerality that supports the palate without dominating it. The "Tarà" expression highlights varietal purity, with measured acidity tension that gives the whole liveliness and freshness.

On the palate it is fresh and sapid, with a balance between acidity and structure that makes the drinking experience smooth and well-proportioned. The texture is pleasantly saline, with a finish of good persistence that recalls the citrus notes. Ideal with simple seafood dishes, fish starters, composed salads and fresh cheeses, it also pairs well with flavorful vegetarian dishes, sushi and light international cuisine; it suits light, convivial tables. Serve chilled but not overly cold to bring out its aromas; it is intended to be enjoyed young, for its freshness and clean taste.
