Famous is the new star in the Poderi dal Nespoli house produced from Rambela grapes, a native Romagna vine recently rediscovered after a long period of neglect.
The vineyards are located on the hills of Forlì, in the Bidente Valley, the soils are loamy and the vines are grown with the Guyot training system, the white vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks where the wine is also aged.
Its color is a pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose as in the mouth, floral scents are perceived, among which lime, orange and jasmine stand out, but also fruity notes of exotic fruit and white pulp such as peach and pear. A particularly intense and persistent glass, very fresh balanced by a balanced acidity, of immense finesse and with a decidedly savory and aromatic long finish, with a light body.
It is perfect in combination with fish-based dishes and is excellent with risotto with aromatic herbs, white meat and fresh cheeses.
